Monona drops one to Montello

The Monona Braves lost on the road on Sunday to Montello, 4-2.  This lost places Monona tied for 4th in the Eastern Section with two critical games left to play.

The Braves travel to Columbus on Wednesday, 8/3 for a make-up game at 7:00pm, and then to DeForest on Sunday 8/7 at 1:00pm for their last regular season game of 2016. Both games are must-win for the Braves who need to keep pace to remain in the playoff picture.  Sun Prairie, Portage, Poynette and Cottage Grove are the other teams on the top of the section looking toward playoff spots.
