Big Week Ahead For Bulldog Baseball

After finishing March winning five of our first eight overall, and three of our first four in conference play, the schedule is about to get more challenging.  Today, Monday, April 2nd we travel to conference power, North Greene.  After hosting North Greene tomorrow, Tuesday, April 3rd, we host the Johnson County Longhorns on Thursday and travel to the Daniel Boone Trailblazers on Friday.  

Senior RHP, Dru Owens has made one start in 2018 and appeared in relief twice.  Dru's fastball continues to climb on the radar, but his breaking ball appears to be better as a starter due to having time through our pregame routine to get a feel for it.  With that in mind, Dru Owens will take the ball today on the road at North Greene.  

Senior, Hunter Davenport had a tremendous practice on Saturday!  We are intriqued about what he could add to our lineup with his speed and strength.
