Bulldogs at North

Today, Tuesday, March 26 Hampton Bulldog Baseball returns to the Sullivan North Raiders, the site of an exciting win in 2018.  Then sophomore, Dalton Rouse had reached the pitch count limit with two strikes and two outs in the bottom of the 7th.  Then freshman, Josh Owens was called upon from the Bulldog bullpen to throw one pitch, a four seam fastball that hit the outside corner for a called strike to end the game.  

Dalton Rouse will not be on the bump at North today, as his left shoulder continues to recover, but freshman, Morgan Lyons will be on the bump for Hampton.  In the 4:30 five inning JV game, freshman, Conor Burleson will take the ball for the visiting Bulldogs.  We would like to stretch Connor a little bit, meaning get his pitch count up and allow him to pitch deep into the baseball game if he's feeling, and performing well.
