Longhorns at Bulldogs

It's been a competitive, if not winning week for Bulldog Baseball.  A 4-3 and 3-1 loss to two good ball clubs, the Warriors from Central Wise (Norton, VA), and the Raiders from Sullivan North (8-2 overall, second place in the conference) have showed what many see often when they watch our ball club, that we can play competitive baseball.  Competing today will be a tall task for our Hampton ball club, as the Johnson County Longhorns are having one of their best seasons in several years, coming off of a two game sweep of traditional power, Unicoi County in their conference action.  The Longhorns from Jo. Co. have handled us easily in the last two seasons, so we look to show we can hang.  Gutsy freshman, Caleb Royston will take the ball for the home club.
