"Rook"

During his amazing 2021 freshman season, we affectionately named Chance Point "rook" (short for rookie, new player).  In 2023 that name has been passed down to another who is off to a sensational start as a freshman, and this rookie is Mr. Jayden Kuhn.  Kuhn has 6 hits in his first 13 career at-bats.  He has hit a double and knocked in 4 runs, while hitting at the top of our batting order.  The sky is the limit for this "rook."  We are excited to see what his future holds.
