Signing a minor-league deal — not as simple as you might think....
Welcome to the Texas Independent Baseball League 21U.
The academy school operates in two parts players within the 21u up to 23u age group they must first attend the league's testing system which is open and free of charge .
The Combine 21u tryout testing service , conduct test by position and the player must attain a grade within the prospect or pro-ready level to obtain entry into the academy career training and conditioning program.
The academy starts a six weeks conditioning and Lab 1 classroom training program, that teaches participates what types of food they need to eat in order to help the body perform at its highest levels alone with technical aspects of baseball.
The TIBL operates as a 22 game short season rookie league, that preps 21u aged players who may indicate a level of professional prospect talent for professional baseball over a semester time period .
The academy nor league acts as a players agent, players are not sold by contract to other leagues. Their is a contract to hire program in place if another team has an interest in signing a prospect, whereas a team may offer a five or ten day trial period for player if its conducted during the TIBL 22 game season, for the player to be paid for that period while the team determines if the player is a proper fit for their program/organization,this type of process is used in many industries today and is being introduced into sports through our model.
We feel this offers both parties the best opportunity to research possibilities moving forward for both. And will allow the organization to see if the person is a good corporate fit for them.
This system reaches every student participate within the TIBL/RDB academy institute including front office or other baseball related positions.
This is a forward futurist model that we feel offer A level indy baseball a great opportunity to reach into untapped market opportunities, our program operates as a 501c7 non-profit trades skills career training non accredited school, teaching a career trade under the Texas Education Agency codes and Texas WorkForce Commission.
Our concept is in the testing mode over the next two years, giving us the opportunity to adjust our business model where needed.
