Procedure in event of Cancellation:

 

Cancellation/Rainout/Forfeit you must inform the Umpires at least 2 HOURS before game time

1)  Contact other team and come to an agreement.

2)  Call the Umpire Hotline:

 604 582 6470

 -Leave a message that you're cancelling, be sure to include your teams/field/time.

 

MAKEUP GAMES

 

Are the responsibility of each team

 

1)  Come to an agreed date with opposing team.

 

2)  Book a field

 -and inquire as to field availability
