Spanish Fort Girls Cross Country won the Sectional Meet over St Paul’s HS, this is the first time in school history that our girls program has won a sectional meet. |

For the meet this weekend at Daphne, I have entered everyone to compete... that includes all high school and middle school runners. The middle school athletes do not HAVE to compete, but I think it is good experience and gives them an opportunity to run a 5k. |

On August 31 we will be competing in the Warrior Challenge... this is a collaboration between SF, Baker and Cottage Hill Christian. We have also invited Satsuma and Mary G. Montgomery. Below you will see the start times of the races. |
