Hey everyone;

        KBI is back at it for another year of one on one baseball/softball training. This year is going to be a little different. This year we are going to enfisize on stretching throwing and most importent arm care.

        The difference between what we do and you local team coaches is that we have small groups so the kids that need the help get it. We support what the local team coaches do because most of all we are the same coaches. We have the time to enphisize on throwing and catching when as a team coach you are focasing on team play and team development not player development. Thats the difference.

      This year the difference from years prior we will be splitting the kids up. Ages from 6-12 go at 5:30 till 7:00 than the older kids 13-19 will go from 7 till 9:00. i Would like the players there 15 minutes before we start so they have thier gear on and wont disturb the programs starting times.
