Portland rockets 7 ohio warhawks 4 , june 11, 2013
 
Good morning baseball fans, it’s a beautiful day in Portland. Big game atmosphere, big challenge, rockets answer. Tuesday nite at the corner , Portland comes up big with a 5 run 
5th , rockets win 7-4 over ohio warhawks.  Big in this battle, dan bollenbacher setting the tone going 4 innings 3 hits 1 run,  zach tanner going big fly with another monster home run, a 3 run dinger in the 5th.   Also big, a double rainbow following the 2 different rain delays of 1 hour 9 min.  
rockets scored 2 in the 2nd,  nick hollowell doubled scored on tom mccowans ground out, chris miller scored on an error.  In the 5th logan hug drove in Justin miller, mitch waters singled and tanner hit his 4th home run of the season to right field. What a sound. 
Mitch waters, travis gray, and tyler Reynolds all took turns holding down the Dayton club. They congregate in Dayton but this team has players from Memphis, st. louis, las Vegas, Californian, --22  players from last year were drafted, their ss from Canada charles Leblanc was drafted by the Milwaukee brewers. Rockets had 7 hits, 2 by logan hug, warhawks had 10.
Also most impressive, runkle-miller field specially mowed, new trophy display in the press box, booming sound throughout southwest Portland from our sound system, nice work doug blankenbaker and Donald gillispie.  Our field of dreams does Portland proud.
Thanks also for diamond duties performed by mike simons work crew coming out from the jay county jail. Thanks chris and jesus.  Great observation by jim runkle,  the sounds of baseball just resonate so well with woods backdrop. Now lets get that dang hay field mowed—david lyons says that is timothy, I call it the Bermuda triangle for baseballs.

rocket record now 6-4, next game in ft wayne thurs at Carrington field 7 pm.  Rockets nick mccoy ball state recruit vs. ft wayne orioles.  
Next home games fri sat sun vs southshore riptide of Chicago.  Rockets win and that is fun
