Next weeks practice will be from Spanish Fort High School.  They will start warming up at 3:45pm and should be done by 5:15pm.

Please make sure you eat lunch and that you eat something healthy.  Try to stay away from heavy foods such as pizza, etc... Also, every time you see a water fountain, stop and get a drink.

It is hot at 4pm... so make sure you drink as much water as you can throughout the day.
