David Douglas HS is the site - 1001 SE 135th in Portland.  One State tournament spot is the prize.

The best record after games on July 23 goes to State.  If all teams have the same record and have a tie, play continues on the same schedule on Sunday.  If a tie still exists, the team that allowed the lowest number of runs goes to State.

All games are 7 innings; 10-run after 5 innings "mercy" rule applies.

There is an admission fee and a concession stand.  Consequently DDHS pays the umpire cost.
