Please put the uniforms in a plastic bag(s) with a piece of paper outlining your name, and the contents of the bag for what you are turning in. 

If you are delivering them during the day (9am-5:30pm), walk around the house and put them on the back patio area please.

If you are delivering them during the evening (5:30pm-10pm) knock on the door.

If you have any problems or issues with turning uniforms in call me (503)551-3231 so they can be resolved promptly. 

If I do not hear from you then I will make attempts to reach you before sending a bill to your residence; I do not like to have to chase guys to get their uniforms back.
