You can print and fill out the registration form ahead of time and drop it off at the above registration dates at NPC.

PLEASE BRING 1 CHEQUE FOR PLAYER REGISTRATION AND A SEPERATE CHEQUE FOR EACH CHILDS $100 JERSEY DEPOSIT.
