Rules:
4 Steals Per Inning Per Team including 1 Steal of Home Per Inning Per Team - NO LEADS - Runner can leave when ball crosses home plate. Passed balls by catcher count as steals.

Pitching - 3 innings per pitcher per game (must be consecutive). One day of rest for each inning pitched. If pitcher pitches 3 innings on Wednesday he cannot pitch until Sunday. If a pitcher pitches 3 innings on Saturday he cannot pitch until Wednesday. 80 Pitches maximum per pitcher.

Everyone Bats - Every Player gets minimum of 3 innings in field.

5 runs per inning max except last inning.
