PLAYER RULES OF CONDUCT

100% effort, always. This is during games, practices and all other team activities. 

Exhibit a high standard of discipline, both in the dugout and on the field. Players should display good sportsmanship at all times.

You have to commit to attend as many practices as possible. We understand that your education and your family are top priority. 

Players and their families must try to make STINGRAYS Fastpitch activities a priority. Players and their families must understand and agree to the financial and time commitments involved in the program.

The coaching staff is available most of the time to listen to comments or suggestions and answer questions.  During games and tournaments is NOT an acceptable time for this. 

PRACTICES - you should be at the location and ready to start (fully ready), at practice start time. It is recommended that you start at least 10 minutes earlier than that so you can do your personal stretching. 

GAMES - you should be at the diamond location and ready to start (fully ready), a minimum of 1 hour before game start. It is recommended that you are ready to start 10 minutes earlier than that so you can do your personal stretching.
