The Red Sox trailed 7-1 after 2 innings. They stormed back to take a 10-7 lead only to cough it up. Trailing 13-10 however the Sox showed a resilency that lacked the last few years as they scored 8 times in the sixth to defeat the Brewers 18-13. Tyler Kube picked up his first pony league victory tossing 1 2/3 scorless innings in relief. Marc DiMatteo and Dustin Reck pounded out 3 hits and DiMatteo and Mark Suminski each had 3 RBI. The red hot Phillies are up next for the Sox on Tuesday night. |

| Posted Jun 27/13 - Red Sox work overtime to cap comeback win |
It took eight innings but the Red Sox and thier slumping bats woke up and defeated the Brewers 11-5 on Wednesday. Down 4-0 after three, the Sox plated 3 in the fourth and 2 more in the fifth frame to take a 5-4 lead. The Brewers tied it in the bottom of the sixth with an unearned run, but reliever Mike Hartmann was able to strand runners on second and third with just one out. With literally a minute left in the time limit Hartmann finished up the Crew in the seventh to force an extra inning. |

The Red Sox deeated the Pirates 15-7 on a chilly damp Tuesday night. Mark Suminski picked up the win in his first start of the season. The Sox never trailed as they put a three spot up in eash of the first 2 innings. The Pirates scored 4 in the 3rd to cut the lead to 6-5, bu then the bats caught fire again. Dustin, mark and Mike each had 3 hits, Sandro and Marc had 2 each and Zack ripped a double that turned a tight game into a blow out. |

| Ryan Bremer pitched a complete game and Anthony Torres' RBI single capped a 7 run 6th inning as the Red Sox came all the way back from a 7-1 deficet to stun the Yankees 8-7. Heidi Golembiewski had 2 hits and stole 4 bases. Shaky fielding by the Sox helped the Yanks to a 5-0 lead after 2 innings but the Sox settled down as the game wore on. The win was the Red Sox first win in 8 chances against teams ranked higher then them. Saturdays game was the first time in 17 games this season that the Yankees did not score in double digits. The Red Sox (9-7-1) take on the White Sox (14-3) on Tuesday. |

| The Red Sox tuned up for thier stretch of real baseball thats upcoming by absolutely hammering the mess known as the Brewers 27-2 Monday. The Brewer pitching allowed 17 hits and 14 walks also committing 7 errors. Oddly enough the Sox didnt steal a base after the 2nd inning yet had to answer ridiculous unfounded allegations of running up the score. The Red Sox scored 12 times in the second to go up 16-0. Marc Dimatteo scored 4 runs and drove in 4. Hunter Bolze drove in 3 and Dakota john drove in 5. Starting pitcher Ryan Bremer struck out 5 in 2 innings, had 3 hits at the plate and drove in 4. |
| Posted Jun 7/11 - Red Sox play heavenly in win over Angels |
After trailing 4-2 and 5-4 the Red Sox battled back to defeat the Angels 9-5 Monday night at Wilson Park. Hunter Bolze picked up the win relief after tossing 3 scorless innings. Bolze entered the game in the bottom of the 5th after the Angels reclaimed the lead 5-4. He inherited a bases loaded nobody situation and struck out the side. In the top of the 6th Dakota John's RBI triple against his former team tied the score at 5-5. The Sox plated 4 runs in the top of the 7th including having 2 runs balked in. In all the Red Sox drew an amazing 14 walks but almost squandered thier chance of victory by some careless base running and leaving 11 men on base. The RedSox return to action Wednesday against the Cardinals (3-5) |

| Efficent pitching, improved defense and timely hitting helped the Red Sox score thier first win of the year 16-6 over the Cardinals. Hunter Bolze had four hits and Heidi Golembiewski and Drake Harris notched 3 hits a piece to pace a 16 hit attack. Harris also earned the victory in the game as Red Sox pitching allowed just two earned runs.Teh Red Sox (1-1-1) return to action Monday against the Phillies (1-2) at 8PM |
