All games begin at 6:20PM
Please arrive 45 mins before game time.
There is a concession stand...but always bring water.


BAYPORT FIELD DIRECTIONS
From Sunrise Highway (RT 27)
1. Take Sunrise Highway (RT 27) to exit 51 south, Nicolls Road (CR 97).
2. Take Nicolls Road (CR 97) south, approximately 1 mile, to the end, Montauk Highway (CR 85).
3. Turn right (west) onto Montauk Highway (CR 85), go approximately ½ mile and make the 3rd left (south) onto Snedecor Avenue.
4. Go approximately 3/4 mile south on Snedecor Ave. You will pass Bayport Blue Point High School on the right (west) side.
5. Continue south until you reach Middle Road (CR 65). Turn right (west) onto Middle Road (CR 65).
6. Continue on Middle Road (CR 65) for approximately 200 yards.
7. The fields are part of the Bayport Commons Complex, the complex will be on the right hand side, immediately after Baygrove Court.
8. You cannot see the actual fields from Middle Road, they are set back behind the parking lot and the trees.
To find directions on the internet, or for a GPS, use 425 Middle Road, Bayport NY 11705 as the destination.

From the Long Island Expressway (I 495)
1. Take the Long Island Expressway (I 495) east to exit 62 south, Nicolls Road (CR 97).
2. Take Nicolls Road (CR 97) south, approximately 5 miles, to the end, Montauk Highway (CR 85).

POCONO HOTEL INFORMATION
We will be staying at The Inn at Pocono Manor.  I have reserved a block of rooms for the nights of July 9 and July 10 @ $139 per night (group discount rate).  Since Sam wishes that the players room together, 4 of those rooms will house the team, 1 is for the Coaches Sam & Meg...and the rest are for parents. 

Each parent will be responsible for their own room cost plus 1/4 of the shared room for their daughter.  I have the rooms currently on my credit card.  You need to call the Inn and switch to your own CC.  I will pay for the shared rooms and you can reimburse me.  The # is 570-839-7111. The reservation is for the EAST HAMPTON WILDCATS. 

The Inn also has a lot of fun things to do, so you may want to check into other activities on their website (see our LINKS section on the left for the site). 

Notes:

To help offset team costs, I have divided them into 2 additional payments of $315 each to cover tournaments, coaching etc. 

The first payment of $315 is due by the end of April.
The second payment of $365 (ADJUSTED TO INCLUDE BAYPORT SUMMER LEAGUE COST OF $50 PER PLAYER) is due the end of June.

Additional charges for new players include:
Helmet & Faceguard: $35
Uniform: $120 (Cost includes 2 sets, home & away)

POLICY NOTE:  It has always been Wildcat policy that no child should avoid playing for financial reasons.  Partial, delayed, or even no payments are fine if that's necessary.  We are all in this together--even in these crazy times.
