The Talons had to forfeit another game due to a lack of commited players. Next game for the Talons is April 19th.

Red Sox 9     Talons 0     Final
The Talons had to forfeit there season opener Sunday, due to a shortage of players. Despite the forfeit they still managed to play the Red Sox. Avery Morris started on the mound for the Talons and looked strong in his first game in over a decade. The Talons managed to get 4 hits and score 3 runs in what would have been a 9-3 loss. Avery Morris singled, Bryan Myers had a single and a triple, and Eddie Smith had a single. Avery Morris and Donald Morgan both showed off there speed with a stolen base. The Talons have this week off do to Easter and will be back on the field April 12th at 12:00pm, taking on the (1-0) Tigers at Osborne High School.
