The Panthers will have a youth academy team, the idea is to establish a program that will re-introduce the sport of baseball to kids who normally don't play baseball. 

The chosen communities will be used as research points as to how to establish interest in the sport, from every aspect of the game being that of playing to becoming broadcasters or stats keeper or the future jobs of data coaches which are and will be a must have position in the future of all sports.
