| Game Notes: The Hawks franchise plays there first game together against the Las Vegas Mustangs. The Mustangs are the returning champions of the Fall baseball team making them the "Team to beat." The Hawks came out strong with the hard throwing arm of Chris Gschwender. He held the Mustangs down to only 1 unearnded run in 4 innings of work as we earns the first Hawks franchise win. The Hawks pitching was overly dominant striking out 13 and only giving up the one run. Out bats were lively, and our defense was solid as we beat the Mustangs 10-1. | ||||||||||||
