| Game Notes: JV's even their season record with a 4-2 road win against Waccamaw. Chase Keevert pitched his third complete game of the year scattering five hits, striking out seven, allowing no walks and giving up one earned run. Offensively, the Braves did just enough to win making the most of five hits and taking advantage of key Waccamaw errors. Contributing offensively were Tyler Dillon (1-3, 3b, r, sb), Chase Clark (1-2, r), Hunter Renfrow (1-3, bb, r, 2sb), Dylan Thompson (1-3, bb), Chase Keevert (1-4, sb), and R. J. Bethea (rbi, r, sb). And as a side note, Dalton Smith gets special recognition for getting hit by a pitch for the seventh and eighth time this season. | ||||||||||
