Buzzards ran into a free swinging Eagles team, (sans Howie) and dropped a 10-4 (breaker breaker) decision at Rob Burn. The Eagles launched a 16 hit attack breaking open what was a close ballgame with 6 late runs. A rejuvenated Keith had a day, among others for the visitors, but (more than) enough about them. Darren Turik continued his torrid start with a pair of doubles. Tony had a couple of hits, Neil, Rex, Jack and Les chipped in with the bat, Ward had a nice placed bunt single. The Buzzards generated pockets of offence, but are still looking for timely hits with runners in SP, scoring position. All in all, some good things, but 10's more than 4 and we've got work to do at 1-2. We visit the Legends next Saturday at 8:40 in the blessed a.m. at South Surrey./
