Campbellsville University baseball is ranked No. 3 in the National Christian College Athletic Association preseason poll released Monday.

The Tigers sit behind Malone University (Ohio) and The Master's College (Calif.) in the preseason rankings.

Last year, in Campbellsville's first season in the NCCAA, the Tigers finished third in the nation and first in the Mid-East at 35-9. Malone was first and Spring Arbor was second.

Campbellsville opened the 2010 season Feb. 19-20 at Shorter College and won 2-of-3 games played. The Tigers travel to Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville on Tuesday at 3 p.m.
