On Monday August 23rd, the Marysburg Royals downed the Saskatoon Stallions back to back 14-8 and 12-1, clinching the 2010 S.S.B.L championship series 3-1. The 2010 title is the Royals first championship win since joining the league in 2004.

In games #1 and #2 on Sunday August 22nd, the Royals and Stallions split the double header. Marysburg Won the fist game in a nail biter, 4-3. In the Second game, the Stallions brought their bats to the park, clawing back from a 5-0 deficit to win 11-6.
