Today's (Sunday, May 8th) game schedule at Winthrop has been cancelled for today and will be made up later.  The field is too wet to play, acording to Dana Melius of the Winthrop Eagles.

NEXT GAME for the RED BIRDS is Satruday night, May 14th at Storm/Red Bird Stadium against the Webster Sox.

On Sunday, May 15th, the Red Birds will host the Jordan Brewers in the Annual Little League Recognition Game.  All Little Leaguers in uniform will receive a free bag of Popcorn.  Game time is 2:00 PM.   Bring your whole family for a fun day at the ball park.
