| Playing in less than ideal weather conditions the Athletics first at bat did not produce any runs although we did manage to injure one of our players ,Abbotsford took the lead on an unearned run in the bottom of the first.After that our staring pitching shut them down and we took the lead in the third inning.Our patience at the plate paid off as Abbotsford had to change pitchers due to a high pitch count, we then took advantage of their relief pitchers to pull away.Strong base running and timely hittting from the second half of our line up put the game away.I should mention there was also one excellent cricket shot late in the game.
M V P Jared Towers Honourable Mention Clayton 2 for 3 at the plate with 3 runs.
