Chanhassen Red Birds defeat the Belle Plaine Tigers, 9-4 tonight at "The Stadium". Andrew Roy with complete game win. Zach Swenson gets two hits, double and two run homerun, drives in three and scores twice.

Shane Hoffman takes the loss for the Tigers. Great defense behind Roy for the whole game and Andrew kept the ball in play allowing only one BB, scattering 6 hits, and giving up only 3 Earned Runs.

With the win over Belle Plaine tonight, the Red Birds are assured of no worse than a #3 seed in the Central division playoffs. That means we will likely play either Jordan or Le Sueur in the first round, depending on how we play in the remaining three games with those two teams.
