The Region 15C tournament this year was an exciting one, with several one-run games and many games going into extra innings.  Congratulations to New London-Spicer, Richmond, New Munich, and Lake Henry for advancing to the state tournament starting next weekend in St. Cloud.

New London-Spicer receives a bye the first weekend, and will play its first game on Sunday, August 26th, 7:30pm, at Faber Field, against the winner of Belle Plaine and Leavenworth.  Richmond faces Prior Lake this coming Friday, August 17th, 7:30pm, at Putz Field.  New Munich takes on Winona on Saturday, August 18th, 8pm at Faber, while Lake Henry battles Union Hill on Saturday, August 18, 2pm at Faber.

Good luck to all the Region 15C teams at the upcoming state tournament.  I don't know the draftees yet, but I'll post them here once I find out.
