Meire Grove put up a 10-spot in the second inning en route to an 18-1 win over the Flames on Sunday, in Meire Grove.   The Grovers finished with 17 hits, while the Flames managed just 3.

It was a tough afternoon all around, but it's just one game in a long Stearns County League season.  The Flames, now third in the SCL-South at 3-4, host Holdingford in an exhibition game on Friday, starting at 6:15pm.  On Sunday, Farming goes on the road at Richmond for a 1:30pm league tilt.
