The Yorkton E & S Yankees took on the Yorkton Jr Cardinals in South East Senior Baseball League action at Jubilee Park Thursday May 20^th. The Jr squad came out on top of a 4 – 0 score in a hard fought contest. Winning pitcher was Dane Kobylko with Travis Nesbitt coming on in relief. Darren Wandy took the loss as he pitched a complete game registering 8 strikeouts. Cardinal runs were scored by Kobylko, Poier, Sharp and  Jacobs. They outhit the Yankees 8 – 2. Calanchie, Kobylko and Stilborn each had two hits for the Cardinals while  Sharp and Nesbitt each had one. The Yankees hits came from the bats of Derek Kohut and Ryan Neal.
