The Chanhassen Red Birds announced today that  the Friday night game, June 18th, will be "YOUTH LITTLE LEAGUE NIGHT" at Chanhassen Storm/Red Bird Stadium. 

The evening is also a Promotion for PROP Food Shelf.  Bring a non-perishable food item or make a cash donation and you will get $1.00 off your admission.

The Red Birds host the Chaska Cubs for a 7:30 PM start and are extending a special invitation to all Chanhassen and surrounding community little leaguers for this special evening of River Valley League baseball. 

All youngsters, boys and girls alike, who wear their Little League uniform to the game will receive a FREE bag of popcorn.  And as always, kids 12 and under get free admission to every Home Game for the Red Birds this year. 

The game against Chaska will be the only game that the Cubs visit Storm/Red Bird Stadium this year as the Red Birds look to renew the "border battle" that took a four decade break until this year with the Inaugural Season for the 2010 Red Birds.

Little Leaguers ... "Wear your uniform, get free popcorn and cheer your favorite team to victory!"
