Billy Dunker playing for Cannon Falls is the last DRS player remaining in the state tournament. 

            The Elko Express lost two in a row to Sauk Rapids 6-1 and then to Hastings 11-2 this past weekend to end their season.  Josh Simon, who had been drafted by Hampton, started the game for the Cardinals on Saturday.  He pitched 7 innings and gave up 6 earned runs as Hampton lost 8-0 to St. Martin.  After those two teams were eliminated the only DRS player left was Billy Dunker who started for Cannon Falls against the St. Cloud Snappers.  Dunker pitched 8 innings giving up 3 earned runs and striking out 6.  The game went 12 innings before Cannon Falls scored the winning run to keep them undefeated in the tournament.   Cannon Falls will play Hanska Friday Sept 4 in Arlington at 6:00.
