Temperatures to Rise to 38 Celsius for Summer Sizzler in Yakima!

After a long season of rain and cold the Mounties will face the ultimate challenge this weekend when they travel to Yakima, WA to play in the appropriately named Summer Sizzler Tournament. With Temperatures forecast for 38 Celsius on the weekend and some of the best 15U teams across Washington attending, the most important scouting report on this tournament will be to get a room close to the ice machine and make sure that the air conditioning in your hotel room is in top working condition.

There are 9 teams in the tournament and Tournament Director Eddie Allen is just putting the finishing touches on the schedule which is to be released Monday afternoon.  Allen seems to have been good to his word when he guaranteed us 5 weeks ago that the temperatures would be hotter next time we visited the Yakima Valley.
