Abby Defeats Mounties

The Vancouver Mounties jumped out to a 3 - 0 lead but that was about as good as it got for the Mounties on this night.  The Abbotsford Angels played tough defence and inspired baseball to comeback and defeat the Mounties by a 14 - 5 score.

A Mounties win would have put them up a half a game over the Angels but with the loss now trail by a game and a half.  The Angels defence made all the routine plays and a couple of great plays, and took the momentum away from the Mounties everytime they tried to get something going.

The Mounties now travel to Yakima to play in the Summer Sizzler Tournament.
