Mounties lose HEARTBREAKER in 9 Innings!

The
Vancouver Mounties after coming back to tie the game in the top of the
7th were unable to put any more runs on the board and lost a heartbreaker
as Tri City scored in the bottom of the 9th inning to put an end to an
exciting game. Full credit goes out to the Indians who were the better
team on the evening and with the win have moved within a game of the
first place Richmond Chuckers. The Mounties have dropped back into the
pack and will continue to work to get better. Although the Mounties are
proud of their winning record they know that to be successful and
considered a top team they will need to learn how to find away to beat
the upper echelon teams in the league. They wont have to wait long as
they will get another chance on Saturday when they play a double header
against the first place 12 - 2 Richmond Chuckers.
