Close Games with Padres

Saturday brought gale force winds and a couple of close games with the North Shore Padres.

The Mounties got solid pitching in both games. 

In game 1, Sun started and threw 4 scoreless innings (4 IP, 3H, 0ER, 1BB, 7K). McConnell came in from the bullpen and scattered 3 hits while fanning 5 over the final 3 frames to secure the 4-1 win.

In game 2, L.Sale and Malig lead the offence with 5 hits between them while F. Sale had a solid start (5 IP, 5H, 3ER, 0BB and 5K) and Lowther allowed only a single baserunner to close out the game with 4 K's.
