For a bunch of poor West Coast boys who just spent the past month playing in weather conditions reminescent of February,  the Spurs are in for a rude awakening when they hit the field at Notre Dame on Wednesday. With the Midwest facing some extreme weather conditions, the boys will have to learn to deal with the Great Lakes Region's heat and humidity.

While pitchers will likely enjoy the heat fielders will have to adapt to playing in conditions they have never experienced before. In preparation for the trip, it is recommended that players drink lots of fluids. Coach Parker and Mazer have already been topping up their fluids for the past two weeks in anticipation of the big tournament... so they should be fine!
