On a rare beautiful night for baseball this spring, the Spurs put their 8 game win streak on the line against the 9-2 North Delta Astros on Thursday Night at Cloverdale BallPark. The Spurs offence jumped on the Astros' Starter with 8 hits in 3 innings to secure another 8-4 win.

Reston earned the win with 4 strong innings on the mound while Godard came in to earn the save with another convincing performance in relief. Lane, Robichaud and Pouwells produced 2 RBI's apiece while Lecalir smacked another 2 hits to extend his hitting streak. Godard and McComb rounded the attack,  each with one hit,  and Robichaud jumped on a curveball for another Homerun that bounced off the leftfield railing.

With the win, the Spurs extend their win streak to 9 games as they prepare to head to Bremerton USA for a tough U16 Tournament this weekend.
