| The Pembina Valley Orioles open their home schedule today against the 2010 League Champion St. Boniface Legionaires with a double header at Buhler Field starting at 1:00. The Orioles hope to get a win on the board in this young 2011 season after a week of cancellations. They also hope to avenge their 2010 semi-final departure against the Legionaires, who came back in dramatic fashion in the early hours of the morning last July to wrap up an intense series against the Orioles. With a more hopeful weather outlook, the Orioles hope to get find a groove in the next few weeks as the schedule becomes more routine and more intense. |
