While the Spurs applaud the Mounties for their

"Running Home to beat Breast Cancer" Day - May 13, 2013 at Hillcrest Park,

like the immortal Pete Rose, they simply can't bet against their own team. Therefore the
Spurs will be pledging for every run scored by the Cloverdale Spurs Red in support of this great cause.

Families of both Spurs teams are encouraged to follow suit as we hope for a high scoring affair against the Mounties this Sunday.  A 15 -12 Red Spurs win would be fabulous for the cause...

Players and coaches from the Mounties will be collecting pledges at the game.  Anyone can participate by pledging a $ per run rate (to a maximum amount if you wish) or make a set donation.

Example: 15 Runs X $1.00 per run = $15.00
