Game Rules:
3 Players per Team
3 Innings per game
3 Outs per inning
4 Balls for a Lobbed Pitch
3 Strikes you're Out
20 Run Mercy Rule
No Ghost Runners
Players Must Be Forced in For Runs
If Ball is Overthrown, Runner is Free To Run Until Pitcher Has Ball
If Ball Goes Out of Play, Runner Gets One Base From Where he Stands
Pitcher's Mound Poison (Force Out Only)
Players allowed to Peg Runner for an Out
No Infield Fly Rule
Tie Does Not Go To Runner (Debated by Umpires)
If Ball Hits in Fair Territory and Rolls past Foul Pole out of play (Ground Rule Double, unless fielder makes contact with ball)
No Bunts
No Steals
No Takeout Slides
No Throwing the Bat (Strongly Enforced)
No Taping of Barrel of Bat (Only Handle is Permitted)
Regulation Yellow Wiffleball Bats or Approved by Commissioner 
Must Wear Matching Uniforms (Must Wear Hats)
No Hanging Jewelry
No Cell Phones on Field During Play
No Smoking on Field (Must Go To Parking Lot)
No Consumption of Alcohol Until After Games (Not on Premises) 
No Spitballs
No Balks
Leads Are Allowed
No Fielding Gloves Allowed (Batting Gloves Acceptable)
No Chewing Tobacco or Dip

Pitching Rotation:
Starting Pitcher Cannot Pitch More Than 2 Consecutive Games (Does Not Apply To Playoffs)


Attendance Policy:
Please Notify Brian Romani or Tyler Eckert about absence of play 1 week ahead 
Must Play Minimum 25 Games to be asked back to Play Next Season
Must Have At Least 2 Players To Play an Official Game
Substitutions are Allowed, Must Notify Commissioner Before Games
Subject To Injury, Players Are Excused Until Fully Healed

Home Run Derby Rules:
Top 4 AL Hitters Vs. Top 4 NL Hitters
10 Outs Each Round
Anything not over fence is Out (Including Strikes)
Top 4 Advance to Second Round
Top 2 Advance to Final Round
Hitter with most total HRs at End of Final Round Combined wins

All-Star Game Rules:
Top 6 Players from AL and NL Compete in Game
9 Innings
3 Outs per Inning
Winning League Gets Home Field Advantage in World Series


Playoff Rules: 
Top 2 AL teams Vs. Top 2 NL teams Advance to Playoffs
1st Round Best of 3
World Series Best of 7

Fees:
$30 fee per Team
$10 per Player 
($5 for Equipment 
$5 towards World Series Victory)

Suspensions:
Throwing the Bat (1 Game)
Takeout Slide (2 Games)
Running Over Fielder (1 Game)
Fighting (5 Games)
Drug Use (Commissioner's Decision)
Corked Bats (3 Games)
No Juicing (Permanent Ban)
No Jersey No Play
 
Transactions
Assigned captains must come to agreement to make a trade
Teams must notify commissioner 1 week prior to trade.
Traded players are responsible to make jersey for new team.
Player is not allowed to be traded 2 times in one season. (SO DEAL WISELY)

Trade Deadline:
All Trades Must Be Done BEFORE June 13th (No Exceptions)
All Trades Must Be Voted and Approved by League Players

Players Contract
Assigned Captains to the team must play a minimum of 2 seasons with team.
Captains are only allowed to be traded for other captains (AFTER 1 YEAR COMPLETED IN CONTRACT)
After 2 seasons captains are allowed to enter the free agent pool
If the captain decides to stay with team he has to sign a 1 year deal.(No trade option allowed)
After a non captain is traded during season he must finish season with new team
After the season is complete player is a free agent until signed
After signed it is up to the captain and player to make a deal for long term deal (1 to 2 years)
Captains are allowed to release 1 player per season if needed. (MUST HAVE REPLACEMENT)
All undrafted players signed to team are free agents at end of year
All undrafted players are not eligible for trades during season.
