Dates: Friday, March 21st/2014 - Sunday, March 30th/2014 (1 week prior to Spring Break)

Total Cost of Trip - $2600

• Breakfast and Lunch are included in the cost
• Dinner and snack money required with the exception of one team dinner.
• 7 games and workouts at the complex every day
• 1 MLB Spring Training game included (most likely Toronto Blue Jays in Dunedin)
• Personal Lockers and laundry done by the clubhouse attendant.

Deposit of $500 required by Friday, November 22, 2013 - Individuals accounts will have to paid in full 6 weeks prior to departure to Florida - February 15th/2014 - late!

1. Flights can be adjusted if families are looking at making it a 2 week vacation. In other words, the return portion of the flight can be changed.
2. Notarized Letters will be free from a volunteer notary in February or early March. - TBD
3. Need to have a valid passport that is more than 6 months from expiration.
4. Students are covered by school insurance and additional RBC insurance that has a rider for trip cancellation.

Fundraising will be key to this trip for a number of families. Karen Poniewozik has volunteered to help organize the fund raising efforts. There are lots of options going forward, some that worked really well as far as group fundraising efforts and some students in the past have fundraised the entire Florida Trip.
